About the Journal

Jurnal Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, dan Seni (JECA) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang memfokuskan pada publikasi karya ilmiah di bidang pendidikan formal, keguruan, kebudayaan, dan seni. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi forum akademik bagi peneliti, pendidik, dan praktisi untuk menyebarluaskan hasil riset, kajian teoretis, serta inovasi dalam pembelajaran.

Ruang lingkup JECA meliputi:

  • Pendidikan Formal: pengembangan kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran, asesmen, manajemen pendidikan, dan penguatan karakter.

  • Keguruan: kompetensi guru, profesionalisme, etika keguruan, dan integrasi teknologi pendidikan.

  • Kebudayaan: pendidikan berbasis nilai budaya lokal, multikulturalisme, dan studi etnopedagogi.

  • Pendidikan Seni: pendidikan seni rupa, musik, tari, teater, serta peran seni dalam pengembangan karakter peserta didik.

JECA menerima naskah berupa artikel penelitian, kajian literatur kritis, studi kasus, dan pengembangan pendekatan baru dalam pendidikan formal.

The Journal of Education, Culture, and Art (JECA) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on the publication of scholarly works in the fields of formal education, teacher education, culture, and the arts. It serves as a platform for researchers, educators, and education practitioners to disseminate original research, theoretical studies, and innovations in teaching and learning.

The journal’s scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Formal Education: curriculum development, instructional strategies, assessment and evaluation, educational leadership, and character education.

  • Teacher Education: pedagogical and professional competencies, continuous professional development, teaching ethics, and educational technology.

  • Culture and Education: local cultural values in education, multicultural education, and ethnopedagogical studies.

  • Arts Education: art, music, dance, and theater education, creativity and aesthetics in learning, and the role of the arts in shaping student character.
